Yes, their customer service is in India and just terrible. For a month, we were given the same runaround over the phone as anybody else. But we were lucky enough to live a drivable distance from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp, so we finally went to the Nissan campus. We met with K** L****, who took our final payment and ensured us that we would receive the title within 5 business days. She even called to let us know that it had come in sooner, and we picked it up in less time. We were grateful to work with her. :) It turned out to be a very good experience with NMAC.
