I recently went here, because it was convenient, and I had an evening free. They accept walk ins, but you do not want to walk in. In addition to the place being dirty, you will not get what you want. I requested gel nails, and they told me they were putting gel nails on, but they were in fact acrylic nails. And, they are not at all interested in keeping the integrity of your natural nail. Upon returning, to get a nail fixed, they applied the new nail, and when it was curing (under a real incandescent light bulb- should have been a big red flag), the nail became so hot that it burned me.
If you want a great nail salon, where they will take total care of you, go to French Quarter. They are fixing my nails, after they were poorly done there at KC Nails.
