Do not go to KC Nails. They were rude, it smelled AWFUL in there and they did not even do a good job on anyone's nails. I needed a place to accommodate 10-12 people, day before my wedding, so this seemed to be a great option. It was awful and thankfully everyone i invited was just trying to be nice to not make things worse.\r The entire experience was terrible and wish I could take it back- but since I can't, I can only recommend to others not to go there.\r Example: I hated my color, and he was starting the second coat, and I said, I'm sorry, I do not like it. He was the biggest jerk about changing it. I said, well, I brought in all these people who are paying you for services and I am getting married tomorrow- so, please change it. And regardless, the customer is always right and spa services should strive to make customers happy, regardless if they are getting married.\r \r \r From reading other reviews, they will hopefully not be in business much longer. If the health department walks in, they will be closed on the spot!\r \r more

I recently went here, because it was convenient, and I had an evening free. They accept walk ins, but you do not want to walk in. In addition to the place being dirty, you will not get what you want. I requested gel nails, and they told me they were putting gel nails on, but they were in fact acrylic nails. And, they are not at all interested in keeping the integrity of your natural nail. Upon returning, to get a nail fixed, they applied the new nail, and when it was curing (under a real incandescent light bulb- should have been a big red flag), the nail became so hot that it burned me. If you want a great nail salon, where they will take total care of you, go to French Quarter. They are fixing my nails, after they were poorly done there at KC Nails.
