Greyhound still operating in mid 20th century 2/26/2010

Greyhound is amazing, but not in a good way! The website would not let me purchase tickets online, saying I had to purchase tickets at least 2 hours before the scheduled trip--it was over a week in advance. Then I called and they cannot book a reservation by phone either, only at the station! They told me on the phone that the Knoxville station was open 24 hours a day. I drove an hour into Knoxville to buy my tickets, and when I arrived at 9:00 am, there is a sign saying that they are closed from 7:00-11:00!! What a load of crap. Needless to say, I could not wait for 2 hours. \r \r Get a clue, Greyhound! It's just amazing that a company specializing in public transportation cannot provide a convenient way to purchase tickets, and that the customer service can be so miserable. Cons: terrible customer service, noone knows what is going on more
