I received Excellent service at this salon from the moment I walked in the door. George provided a beverage, coat check, and walked me to the stylest i had an appointment with. I had a color consultation with 2 of the stylists and I felt that they knew exactly what I wanted as a result. I was given a complementary neck and sholder massage (with 2 other oprions of facial or hand massage) the salon was very clean, the employees were extreemly curteous, and there was a feeling of happiness. I could tell these people actually liked where they worked. The final result of my highlight-lowlight made me so happy and I have gotten so many complements in just 2 days. I will definatly return to this business!! The layout of the salon was open where the cuts and coloring are with upbeat music playing. They have a seperate room with comfy couch/chairs to recline in while getting your hair washed with a relaxing ambiance seperated from the main floor. The restrooms are clean, and the employees attentive to each small detail involved. My colorist Sarah asked me to stay long enough to have my hair dried and styled (at no cost) because she was honestly interested in how the final result looked. They take pride in their work, and I am very happy with the result. Thank you Mandarine!
