I have been waiting two weeks for glasses that were promised to me an hour. I have been to the store 3 times based on information from the employees that my glasses would be ready. Everytime I got a different excuse: the snow, the machine's broken, we sent them to another store, the lens broke. With no cortesy call to say, ""I'm sorry the glasses you ordered, will not be ready until..."" My husband and I have been customers for at least five years, but today when I was in the store, I asked for a refund. I overheard a salesperson promising a new customer her glasses in an hour.\r
