My experience with Dr. Neff and store:
After taking the time to make an appointment well enough in advance, I arrived at ""The Mall"" (Probably my first mistake by not visiting a private provider) and realized that my appointment had not been noted properly. From there I had to sign back in for an appt on the spot only to wait for over AN HOUR which put me at the end of the day / near closing time for the mall. I was not extremely happy but I was willing to give the optometrist a chance only to find that she was tired, unhappy and wanted to GO HOME as she even took the time to whisper to another coworker within ear-shot of me. At this point I had a feeling I was not going to get the proper exam I had come in for. Well... Sure enough, when I had come back in to pick up my glasses a couple days later (as soon as I could), I tried them on and the vision correction was HORRIBLE! After MUCH trial and error AND a two day period of wearing them at home only to get acclimated; I then went back to have them checked with my RX and they were correct WITH my RX however, my RX was WRONG due to negligence on the optometrists part after going through ANOTHER exam to verify on top of her (the optometrist), being very RUDE and not willing to listen to my concern and disappointment!!!
I know optometrists are NOT full blown MDs but at least they could live up to their responsibilities as a ""person of care"" and do their job properly as this could have seriously affected my vision or even have caused a more serious event to occur if I had not taken the time to try them at HOME first only to find they were completely wrong!
This particular optometrist AND store truly needs an evaluation more often.
Signed,
A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
