i am an asian. comparing to different japanese restaurants i have been in the u.s., this one is the worst so far. their rice could not reach any of my criterion. I like to sit in front of the sushi bar and see how the chef works on the food so that i can feel how the chef treats the food. I didn't see what i wanted to see or i have seen from the chef, which was love, respect and carefulness while preparing the food. this disappointed me most. my friend, who is an american loves this restaurant, but if you are sure you know what good sushi tastes like, don't go there.
Cons: Rice failed to reach any of my criterion.
