First the Appliance broke 4 times. The first time was because the freezer was getting warm they had to replace two different parts to fix it. Then it broke again and it took them a week to come out to fix it. Next it broke one day after warranty was over. They at first would not come out to fix the appliance. It took two weeks for them to come out to fix the appilance. Then they charged us $100.00. The fridge that they fixed broke again. Finally it died the other day we have had it less than 6 months. It COST us $700 for a Top of the line Used Fridge. Yesterday we had to go buy a New Little Fridge from Ikea for $349, If we would have bought New in the begining I would not have these problems. \r

Plus they avoid Phone calls, they do not show up when they are suppose to, they give you the run around and their junk doesn't work. Plus the Dilivery Guy is Rude and confontational \r
