I PURCHASED A USED REFRIGERATOR FROM JARED AT ETHAN'S APPLIANCE SERVICE IN KANNAPOLIS, N.C. ON JUNE 20, 2011. THIS WAS PURCHASED FOR MY RENTAL HOUSE. JARED\r HELPED ME OVER THE PHONE BY ADVISING THE\r BEST REFRIGERATOR TO PURCHASE AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HE ALSO OFFERED FREE DELIVERY. I MET THE DELIVERY GUYS AT THE TIME SPECIFIED AT MY RENTAL HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT & POLITE.\r I HAVE BEEN 100% SATISFIED & WILL RETURN WHEN I NEED FUTURE APPLIANCES. more

Sold us a BROKEN stove for $215.50. We should have known better than to purchase this when the delivery time was 12 pm and they FINALLY arrived a 8pm. After discovering the stove was broken we argued back and forth with them for numerous days trying to get it fixed or replaced. They do not answer you calls or call you back when they say they are going to. Finally, I spoke with the owner, once again, I questioned him about all of his other negative reviews and his reply was ""well you can't please everyone"" This is the WRONG attitude to have when you work with the PUBLIC and expect they will buy product/services from you in order for you to stay in business!! With no resolution in sight I finally requested my money back. I now have a receipt for the refund but NO refund in my account... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! more

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------\r \r \r We purchased a Refrigerator at \r \r ""ETHANS"" Used Appliance Store \r 958 N Cannon Blvd \r Kannapolis, NC 28083 \r 704-933-6427. \r \r First the Appliance broke 4 times. The first time was because the freezer was getting warm they had to replace two different parts to fix it. Then it broke again and it took them a week to come out to fix it. Next it broke one day after warranty was over. They at first would not come out to fix the appliance. It took two weeks for them to come out to fix the appilance. Then they charged us $100.00. The fridge that they fixed broke again. Finally it died the other day we have had it less than 6 months. It COST us $700 for a Top of the line Used Fridge. Yesterday we had to go buy a New Little Fridge from Ikea for $349, If we would have bought New in the begining I would not have these problems. \r \r Plus they avoid Phone calls, they do not show up when they are suppose to, they give you the run around and their junk doesn't work.
