My Jaguar XJ8L was hit in the driver's rear door in a parking lot two weeks before my lease end. Whoever hit it really did a number on the car and of course they didn't leave a note. So much for personal accountability.\r \r I had used 101 Auto body Sanjose in the past and was always impress by the quality of their work. I called and talked to Singh and described my predicament. Even though they were very busy, he told me to bring the car down (it was driveable) and he would handle everything and do his best to get it finished in time for the lease turn-in.\r \r When I went to get the car back 7 days later(!!) I almost didn't want to return it to the lease company. On their own, they completely cleaned up and touched up the car and didn't charge me a penny for it. Mr. Singh (Owner) told me they wanted to make sure the leasing company didn't charge me for incidental scratches or paint chips as they so often do.\r \r This is a level of service way above and beyond what I could have expected from any other shop, including the dealer. My car was fixed perfectly, sooner than I needed, and they went the extra mile to ensure I had a smooth lease end transition Pros: BEST IN BAY AREA more
