I recently had the horrible experience of finding that my car had been hit while I shopped at the mall. It was devastating since the guilty party had already fled the scene. As a long-time Geico policy member, I asked them to recommend a body shop and I was sent to 101 Auto Body and Paint . They were excellent; it was such a smooth sail. The employees were very courteous and helpful. Singh , the manager, oversaw the work done to my car, he was honest, professional and very reassuring; he made sure that every detail was taken care of. They truly provide top quality work. I was more than satisfied and would highly recommend anyone who needs auto repair work to visit 101 Auto Body and paint. My car looked like new when I picked it up, I couldn't believe it, I am eternally grateful. If I ever need any repairs done in the future, I know I can count on them to provide exceptional work. Singh , who owns the shop, is knowledgeable and friendly. He came highly recommended by Lee (of Lee's Auto Repair, also in Southie) and I am very happy I took my car to him! Also, it doesn't hurt that he's in walking distance since I didn't pay to get a rental car rider in my insurance. After a car slammed into our passenger door, I realized we were going to need to get that sucker fixed so we could open the window. Singh took a look and gave me an estimate, even showing me where in the pricing book his estimates came from. He gave me suggestions for how to keep the repairs cheaper, then asked me to consider using my insurance to pay for the repair. He knew my insurance company and the agent they would use to give the estimate and that made things really easy - I just submitted my claim and in 2 weeks I have a new door. My car is not in the best shape otherwise, and Victor generously buffed out some of the scratches in the car and gave me advice on how to make the scratches less noticeable. Overall, it was a good experience, I feel like he treated me fairly and honestly, and my car looks great - cleaned inside and out to more
