Last week I came in for a front license plate as I did not have one (bought the car out of a state that does not require them). I drive a 1998 and the gentleman in the parts department spend a good 15 minutes trying to track down the appropriate parts for the car. Lo and behold, the part had been discontinued. I panicked a bit, as improvisation is my strong suit with automobiles, but the gentleman in parts spoke with the gentleman in service. A few minutes later, the gentleman from service came over with a drill and quickly put my front license plate in place. When I asked about a charge, both men said there would be no charge. I feel they both went above and beyond to help me with what I thought would be a minor issue and truned out to be something a bit more. i want to thank them for their great service, I will definitely be using them again.
