We ordered a part online and have yet to recieve any information about its location. We chose this company because we thought they offered the best price. However, from the first phone call they were RUDE! One man even laughed at me when I asked him a question. Against my better judgement we decided to put that aside and order the part. As soon as the man was given my bank account info. he hung up on me without saying anything. We continued to call to get information on when it would be shipped and of course, they are ALL rude. I would also like to mention that I believe there are maybe 3 people that answer the phones no matter which ""department"" you need to reach. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE MY PURCHASE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE PIECES OF ****!!!!!
