My husband booked a party for our 5 year old son (youngest of 4) for his birthday in two weeks. The confirmation email didn't give all the details so I called to simply walk through and make sure I wasn't missing anything. The owner answered the phone (after I pressed zero for 'Customer Service') and when I asked her some basic questions she very rudely barked: ""It's IN THE EMAIL""! She just continued to answer all of my questions with, ""It's IN THE EMAIL"" over and over. I calmly responded that the details were not ALL in the email which is why I was calling to make sure I didn't need to bring anything. She was unbelievably rude and disgusting and stated, ""I am perfectly fine if you want to take your business elsewhere!"" Good lord! I called to confirm a few simple things and this woman was down right disgusting. We moved to the Northeast about 7 years ago and I have found folks to be so very kind, generous, and helpful....this woman is absolutely deplorable and shouldn't be alIowed to operate an establishment catering to children. I would not spend a single cent in this place and the last thing I want to do is schedule a party in order to encourage other parents to spend money with such a rude, disgusting, discourteous, and deplorable 'business person'. How disappointing. Our little boy was truly looking forward to the experience.
