All Time Worse Experience with ANY Business:\r My grand daughter turned 4 years old and we had her birthday party there with all of her friends and family. This was the WORSE experience we have had in almost 30-years; the owner of T Bowl was extremely rude and yelled at the children and parents when the parents were attempting to assist their children to bowl. When we calmly attempted to talk out the issues she continued to threaten and actually turned off the lanes. She scared the children and her staff are clearly afraid of her as well; staff cried. The party room was not large enough to fit the number of guests; we reserved the party months prior. The entire facility was disgusting; bathrooms were not usable. \r We strongly encourage any family with reservations or even considering reserving a party at T Bowl to cancel; even if you lose the deposit you are making the best decision for your child's special day. \r \r Caution: As an professional in EMS I have never met a women with such significant anger issues and strongly believe she should not be around children. more

Absolutely rotten.... Please don't go!!! Needs new owner. 4/28/2012

I have never written a review before and feel sad that I feel so inclined to write one tonite. My family and I went with our friends to bowl tonite. My 2 friends before me used their coupons and paid for their familes to bowl. When I went to use mine, Kim, the crazed owner clearly had enough of coupons and told me I coul don't use mine. I asked her why and she literally shoved it in my face and told me to read it. That is only allowed one per party and that she was being nice to my friends for using it but she had enough for me. Then told me I cold go to the other side of the bowling alley and not play with my friends or I could just leave. I feel sad that this is Kim's entertainment. Turning away 5 and 7 year olds and telling them that if we don't like it we could leave again and again. She was so unbelievably rude and depressing. The place smelled like cigarettes, the F word was carved in the bathroom stalls, not fun for a 7-year-old reader to have fun with, and spilled beer bottles more

EXTREMELY Rude Owner! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!! 2/27/2010

My husband booked a party for our 5 year old son (youngest of 4) for his birthday in two weeks. The confirmation email didn't give all the details so I called to simply walk through and make sure I wasn't missing anything. The owner answered the phone (after I pressed zero for 'Customer Service') and when I asked her some basic questions she very rudely barked: ""It's IN THE EMAIL""! She just continued to answer all of my questions with, ""It's IN THE EMAIL"" over and over. I calmly responded that the details were not ALL in the email which is why I was calling to make sure I didn't need to bring anything. She was unbelievably rude and disgusting and stated, ""I am perfectly fine if you want to take your business elsewhere!"" Good lord! I called to confirm a few simple things and this woman was down right disgusting. We moved to the Northeast about 7 years ago and I have found folks to be so very kind, generous, and helpful....this woman is absolutely deplorable and shouldn't be alIowed to operate an establishment catering to children. I would not spend a single cent in this place and the last thing I want to do is schedule a party in order to encourage other parents to spend money with such a rude, disgusting, discourteous, and deplorable 'business person'. Excellent birthday experience 6/24/2009

My wife and I recently held our Son's 9th birthday party at Fun Squared. First of all, we thought the renovation they did was excellent. We really enjoyed one of their new birthday party rooms. We thought then entire booking process was simple and painless. We thought the staff were very professional and had no issues with anyone who we booked the party with. We really appreciated the fact that we had our own birthday coordinator and didn't have to share her with any other parties. The pizza was excellent, our coordinator told us they get fresh dough from Stew Leonards!!! \r \r With the new laser tag, video game area, snack bar, and lounge, it has something for everyone. Great Experience for the Price 9/5/2008

My family has been going to the T-Bowl on Sunday evenings for our family night out. It is great, they run the Sunday Rock & Bowl which at $6.00 per person with everything included - how can you beat it!!!! For our family it is a great value at $24, definitely beats the movies at $10.00 a piece. It works out great we have dinner at the snack bar and still get home early enough for the kids to get to bed before school. I recommend it to anyone! Pros: Value for the $$$ you pay, friendly staff Cons: NONE more

T-Bowl Duckpin Lanes is a nice alley to take the family to. It's typical bowling decor and sort of a throw back to the '70's, but there are ample lanes and the prices are competitive. more

A great place for a party! 4/28/2008

Birthday Parties are a very important to the T-Bowl Lanes. Once a party is booked, we review the terms of our contract with every customer. A written confirmation is sent reviewing their detailed booking, itinerary of the day, cake choice and food selection. Each customer is also asked to please confirm the minimum guarantee attending on the Monday before their scheduled event. This enables our business to determine the number of lanes you are using (and we are holding), the appropriate party spot for you, the number of staff working, the food ordered, and begin the 3 day process of making your appropriate sized cake . As a reminder, we make a courtesy call on the Monday before your scheduled to discuss your party with you, the number attending and any special requests you may have. If you are not in, we leave a message by phone or an email. We await your response. If we do not hear from you, it is our employee's reponsibility to continue to try and contact you so there are no misunderstandings. more

Told "We don't need your business" 4/25/2008

What ever happened to The Customer is always right? After attemping 3 times to make a Birthday party reservation. I was told by the owner Kim that I did not confirm the # children in my party. I did confirm the # of kids & spoke with a person named Debbie. I was told as my son's party was going on that I have to pay for the 4 children difference. I apologized for the confusion & told them that was alot of $.($14.00 per child) There was no one there to make any decisions so I had to spend time on the phone locating Kim, not at my sons party. Kim then responded saying "We don't need your business" ! This a bowling alley there is no pre-ordering there is no reason that she needed to be so rude. I would understand if my party was short 20 kids. Who hasn't had a 9 year old 's party where a couple kids just don't show? After telling me how wrong I was & that my assumptions that Debbie was capable of her job were wrong. Kim told me that I had to pay the difference for her having ordered the larger cake a $7.95 charge. That was perfectly acceptable to me. Why the huge arguement?? Customer Service there was horrible!! The high school student "party helper" was very inappropriately dressed & very hard to find. The Ice Cream cake was hard as a rock the kids could not use a plastic spoon to eat it. The helper even broke 4 candles trying to put them in the cake. I will spend more $$ to get better service & to enjoy my son's party next time. I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone.
