Please beware about Seaway! The company seems to have no policies with regards to it's tenants. Every transaction or communication with the management seems to be dictated by the manager's mood and day of the week. Do not think that they will stick to what was agreed in the lease, they will charge more than agreed, and if you confront the blatent disregard of law, they will arrogantly make invalid excuses and never take fault for mistakes. Check the lease for every word they say and make sure it is accurate. Do not settle for verbal agreements, but get everything in writing if you want it to be honored the next day. When told that the manner of business was unprofessional and quite disturbing, one manager replied, 'I don't care!' Do not trust anyone and watch every move they make. There are no rules or policies that are followed at Seaway, it is more like a bunch of children trying to make a buck at every oppurtunity.
