I am a previous customer of Tolsdorf and on this morning I had to drive to New Hampshire which I wasn't to happy about to begin with. I called Tolsdorf to get there hours and recording said open at 8 a.m I got there at about 8:45 a.m and there were four guys shoveling snow around and two guys inside just walking around. I got out to go in and one guy came to the door and said they were closed for about another hour or so. He said the manager Joe Brown didn't want them opening until the snow was shoveled. The lot and walks were already clear. I explained that I was on my way to New England and wanted to get the oil changed. But no doing. I explained that I called and there was no message that you were opening an hour or so late. six guys at the place, two doing nothing that I could see and I couldn't get a 20 minute oil change. So I went to Jiffy Lube.
