I went in there to ask a few questions about the Magic Sing Karaoke system, like how much it would cost to buy an upgrade chip, etc. OMG!!! She acted like she was doing ME a favor. Anyways, they charge $100 for the chip, it's only $60 on EBAY...So I guess, I we have to pay an extra $40 for the RUDE ASS SERVICE?
