I heard a lot of good things about this salon so I went there to get a haircut. First of all, I felt that $35 for a man's hair cut was too expensive and I was so disappointed with the way my stylist handled my hair. I showed her my old picture, kind of style that I wanted and as far as my experience goes, most hairstylists get an idea what the customer wants when they see the picture. This girl, however, did not have any idea of what she was doing even though she kept looking at the picture. She rarely talked to me when she was cutting my hair but the real problem was that she kept cutting and cutting until my hair became too short for styling. Most stylists that I met (I've been to hairshops in England, New York, Korea, Spain and France) usually ask the customers whether they are satisfied with the look or not satisfied but this girl never asked me such question but kept going until the point where she could not handle my hair anymore. At the end I was so terrified that did not even know what to do with my hair. Hairstylists could make some mistakes but when you go to a hairshop that costs $35 for a man's haircut you expect kind of haircut that you exactly wanted and worth the price. But unlike my expectation, I got the worst haircut I've ever had since I was in middle school and I am gonna have to wear a cap everytime I go out. I would never ever go back to H2o and recommend other guys looking for stylish haircut to pick another place.
Pros: Huge salon
Cons: Price and the quality of service
