In regards to the drill being stolen, there was no proof that one of our employees stole the drill. However, we did attempt to keep a good relationship with the customer by purchasing a new drill for her. All work was done in a professional manner and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We hope this does not detur anyone from choosing Critter Control in the future.
