In regards to the drill being stolen, there was no proof that one of our employees stole the drill. However, we did attempt to keep a good relationship with the customer by purchasing a new drill for her. All work was done in a professional manner and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We hope this does not detur anyone from choosing Critter Control in the future. more

DO NOT HIRE 9/28/2009

Unfortunately this company was hired to do a job in Pensacola, Fl. One of their employees stole a drill of of the garage. Called and complained to their team leader, he promised to take care of this matter I didn't realize that he meant he would avoid my phone calls. more
