Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They'll illegally enter the apartment and begin to clean before you've even had your move out inspection. You'll never get an itemized list of any deductions, nor will anyone return your phone calls inquiring about it.
Try taking them to small claims court and they'll do everything possible to hide the business from the courts. No one will ever show up to defend themselves after being served legal documents.
