They also do business as West Coast Immobiliare for renting apartments. Not a good business to work with. Stay away at all cost.
Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They'll illegally enter the apartment and begin to clean before you've even had your move out inspection. You'll never get an itemized list of any deductions, nor will anyone return your phone calls inquiring about it.
Try taking them to small claims court and they'll do everything possible to hide the business from the courts. No one will ever show up to defend themselves after being served legal documents.
Landlord, Mauricio Durazo, barely ever showed up to repair anything. Yard workers wouldn't show up for weeks at a time. It seemed every tenant moving out had some sort of a problem with them.
The business license with the city has been suspended for quite a while now, yet they continue to get to do business.
