WOW Gino's is literally holding my boots hostage. I dropped them off for some alterations about 2 weeks ago AND PREPAID and Gino said they'd be ready by last Tuesday. I came by the following day and he said they weren't finished but he would be done the next day (Thurs.) I couldn't come Thursday but called Friday morning and guess what they STILL weren't done. The guy working there said he'd check and call me back in 20 minutes and never called me. I called later and was told they'd be ready that afternoon. I called that afternoon and GUESS WHAT still not ready. So the guy asked me for my address and said someone would deliver them to my house today between 5 -5:30. It is now 5:30 and NO ONE came and no one is answering their phones. I have no idea if I'll ever see my $200 boots again!
