I'll never do business with these @#$%&# jerks again. First of all, they overcharged me to repair my sandals($12.00 to stitch the length of a centimeter). The quality was shabby at best, the idiot employee was rude to the point that i just wanted to get out of there before i break one of my sandals off in his @%$. WOW Gino's is literally holding my boots hostage. I dropped them off for some alterations about 2 weeks ago AND PREPAID and Gino said they'd be ready by last Tuesday. I came by the following day and he said they weren't finished but he would be done the next day (Thurs.) I couldn't come Thursday but called Friday morning and guess what they STILL weren't done. The guy working there said he'd check and call me back in 20 minutes and never called me. I called later and was told they'd be ready that afternoon. I called that afternoon and GUESS WHAT still not ready. So the guy asked me for my address and said someone would deliver them to my house today between 5 -5:30. It is now 5:30 and NO ONE came and no one is answering their phones. I have no idea if I'll ever see my $200 boots again! Cons: Reliability, professionalism, courtesy, efficacy more

Been to a few shoe repairs and have never seen such a busy store..these guys are on top of things..the work I had done was very detailed and the materials used were definately of high quality!!!shoe gurus is what they are...an A+ in my book...recommend highly.. more

Great cobbler - hard to find someone so experienced. Polite, did extra work for me. Creative and able to do things that other cobblers wouldn't touch. Able to think creatively about projects that I bring him. Timely and enjoyable to interact with. more

I actually give this place a negative 10 stars !!!! This place is horrible. The owner ruined my shoes that I was supposed to wear for my sisters wedding and dyed my sisters the wrong color. He also gave them back to us 10 days after he said they were going to be finished. We were jerked around, lied to and treated horrible. I would not recommend this shoe repair place if it was the last place left on earth to fix or dye your shoes. It is so filthy dirty in there and he makes his employees work with no air conditioning. It was about 110 degrees in there. Its the messiest business iv'e ever been in. Pros: No PROS. Cons: Every con you can think of!!! more
