I was a first time home buyer in Frisco TX. I had issues with my homes foundation I had a crack about 1 inch thick going down the center part of my home. My evaluation was free and the gentleman that came out was very informative and anything that he recommended he showed me on paper and walked me around my home and showed me whats causing the cracks and whats causing my foundation to fail. They came out within a day and got my home knocked out and fixed. Their clean up was excellent I didn't lose any of my tress or shrubs. The most important was that the big crack in the center of my house was fixed and my doors were working. I was informed what to expect and how to take care of my foundation after the work was done. Very informative group of people helped me. I have no regret of my choice in companies and I would recommend Perma Pier to anyone needing a great foundation repair company.
