This is honestly the best kept fitness secret in NYC. It is tucked away in the middle of Madison Ave on the second floor of an apartment building. Though it sounds exclusive and the neighborhood might make it so, the receptionist are extremely friendly, without the pushiness of usual gyms, and the instructors are experienced. The private sessions are great as you get individual attention and the experience of someone who actually knows anatomy and how your body works. Not just a man with a dumbbell. In addition, the environment is relaxing. Great escape from the city. Highly recommend it!!!
