We had a similar experience to what is being mentioned; however, we talked to 20 Charter communication workers! They had our phone service not working for over 20 days! Unbelievable. Finally , AT&T came and fixed our phone in 10 minutes what had taken Charter almost a month. Charter had actually cut our phone line. The AT&T guy couldn't figure it out. He said he's happy they have Charter, it's good business for AT@T for all the customers that come running back.
