What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I spend over $1800 on new stereo equipment, and when I brought it all home, the tweeter started buzzing. They diagnosed the problem and said that it was a ground piece that they needed to order.
They didn't get the part for over four weeks. when I finally called again, they said that I needed to bring the car in again... I guess they forgot what was wrong with it... or they didn't even check the first time.
I made an appointment for 9:30 am, and they made me wait for 3 hours before even looking at my car... WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT FOR 3 HOURS!?!? tell me to come in at 11:30, when you can actually look at the car!
When they finally looked at it, it turns out the head unit was broken!! something they could have fixed the first time! FOUR MONTHS AGO!!!
Just HORRIBLE. my recommendation, take your money somewhere else.
Pros: expensive equipment
Cons: service, and maintenance is a joke
