We have had a business account with this company for close to 6 months. We are cancelling it due to repeated problems dealing with the staff at this company. The straw that broke the camel's back was today when they were supposed to give an employee a ride downtown. When she asked them to wait a minute for her to go in, drop something off, then return her to work the driver refused. He said she wasn't authorized for a return trip! He then forced her out of the cab and left her stranded in downtown Charleston! This is despite repeated efforts to clarify to their business office that our account covers whatever the employees request! When I complained to the dispatcher, she stated that the driver did the right thing and that if we wanted two trips we had to call for two cabs. So I requested another cab to go pick up my employee. They sent the same guy who had minutes before forced her out of the cab. These people are ridiculous.
