The staff is very hospitable and they do all the work in processing your insurance claim for you. They offer coffee or drinks while you wait. If you need a rental, they will set you up with one as well. Its all one-stop shop at Personal Touch. Get your car fixed and leave in a rental car! Plus, they'll help you save up to $500 and possibly a $1000 on your deductible! Depending on the damage, you car will be fixed in a matter or days not the 10-14 that the insurance tells you. Come on down and express your right to choose your own auto body repair shop and not what the insurance companies are steering you to choose.
