Personal Touch Auto Body and GM Allison ARE SUPER!\r My wife and I were heading on vacation from PA to Cape Cod. We stopped for the night to visit family in The Bronx (Riverdale). Early Saturday we found that the front passenger window was smashed. My first thought was to call SafeLite. It's TV ads show a smiling mechanic driving to your rescue. SafeLite told me they could replace my window Monday afternoon if we could drive to Queens to get it fixed.\r I then called Personal Touch. General Manager Allison was both friendly and commiserating to our plight. It was 8:10am Saturday. We were back on the road and heading to The Cape at 12:10pm.\r When I first spoke with Allison she said ""let me call you right back. I want to make sure that my distributor has the glass. It's Saturday and they only make one delivery."" She called back in 5 minutes to make sure I wanted Personal Touch to order the glass. of course I said yes. She never asked for a credit card, just my name and cell number.\r Thier technicians were diligent and vacuumed up the broken window.\r \r Use them they are Great!!!! more

I just had my car fixed by Personal Touch Auto Body, First off Mike and Allison are the bomb!! They made getting my car hit a positive experience...excellent business owner. Not only did they paint the car perfectly, but they touched up other areas that were not part of my accident!!! Shout out to everyone who repaired and painted my awesome car!!! AAA...Dealing with insurance company's is a pain. That's why I take my car to Personal Touch Auto body. They have help me with all my collision issues. They call the insurance company 4 me and handle the claim they even helped me get a rental. My car came out looking better then when I bought it. It was and still is looking sharp. I needed to replace the front bumper, two headlights, and blinker lights. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by 5pm. I didn't need a rental, although they do arrange one for you if need be. They also set your ins. claim for you! Its one-stop shop here at Personal Touch. The staff is hospitable with their offering of coffee while I waited. When my car was done, they sent her through the car wash free of charge and they gave me a free touch-up kit & floor mats, also free of charge! I pray that I don't get into another accident but if I do, I know where I'm going.\r more

Mike @ Personal Touch Auto Body came highly recommended to me by a long time friend when I had my car accident . He & his office staff were compassionate towards me and gave all their effort to make me feel comfortable in the office. They handled the Insurance claim process with me and arranged a rental for me as well. I was informed of the repair status on my 2011 Honda CR-V. The repair time I was given was right on the money, he worked with my deductible. When I got there my car was clean inside & out, ready to go. Many thanks to MIke & his crew. The staff is very hospitable and they do all the work in processing your insurance claim for you. They offer coffee or drinks while you wait. If you need a rental, they will set you up with one as well. Its all one-stop shop at Personal Touch. Get your car fixed and leave in a rental car! Plus, they'll help you save up to $500 and possibly a $1000 on your deductible! Depending on the damage, you car will be fixed in a matter or days not the 10-14 that the insurance tells you. Come on down and express your right to choose your own auto body repair shop and not what the insurance companies are steering you to choose. I chose Personal Touch and I am glad I did because it was totally worth it! Pros: Fast service & quality work at affordable prices. Cons: None. more
