Having worked all over the fitness industry since a teen, I pretty much figured I wouldn't be able to find anything new or inspiring with a personal trainer or workout class. I seriously believed I had seen it all but decided to try boot camp because of the outdoor variety. So I joined their newsletter first, to get a feel for their philosophy. Everything Angela wrote about... the sincerity and intensity she has for her clients...I can only describe her as an old soul WHO GETS IT. She gets us real and accountable, and not just by showing up. She is unusually knowledgeable about body alignment/physiology plus all the awareness and consciousness feedback we get to take better care of ourselves...like reminding us of the things we do to ourselves when no one is watching. So, individually, as a group, for Angela herself and her trainers, Body Inspired Fitness gives you the feeling that it matters that you are there and that you are an important part of the plan to make a difference. Even my spouse has reported ""it makes you so much happier"". Today I don't overanalyze my body, do the comparison thing or obsess about what I eat anymore since doing boot camp. I didn't have the usual New Years Resolution anxiety this year either, since starting camp in October and continuing throughout the holidays. I love the flexibility of classes, variety and new exercises that they have proven to work with so many. They are so easy to work with and are very happy to have you with them. Seriously, you will not be disappointed.
