When I had first started Body Inspired Fitness' bootcamp, I was 30 pounds overweight, and had tried and failed numerous gym memberships. Body Inspired was different-- more energizing, more fun, and the teachers really know what they are doing to maximize a workout. There is also a broad variety of workouts that keeps it very interesting (most workouts are outside-- they mix it up to be sports cardio, or strengthening or a focus on trouble spots or even pilates) They also work with you to set goals, establish a food plan and a program that will work for you and your body. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months, and it is now 18 months later, and I have kept the weight off. What's more important, I feel better and stronger. In short, it is great.
