I work very close to Hedley's, and many people from and at my business order from them, until now. I was extremely specific about my order and when it was delivered, it was the wrong order. I immediately called them back to correct it and was unapologetically told that even though THEY were at fault for my order, they had just closed their kitchen and refused to make me another order. I was told the only thing they could do for me was to compensate my next order. Really? It takes less an 5 minutes to WALK to my place of employment from their location. I can't imagine that everything had been shut down within 5 minutes. And aside from that, I'm out $20 with no time to get lunch and a slammed schedule. RUDE
