I've been training with Whitney over 6 years. I was totally out of shape physically, nutritionally and mentally. Initially I came to her with absolutely zero knowledge of working with weights and strengthening my body. Whitney's outstanding workouts, focused on my physical needs, has transformed my body. I have physical strength I didn't have in my 20's. I really love her workouts because they are a wonderful mix of old school and new school. She takes time with you to develop your form on each exercise she teaches. I've learned from her, form is vital to receive results. When I don't understand she has taught me to stop and ask, she is not offended and is challenged by my willingness to achieve the best results. Nutritionally she is very knowledgeable and encouraging on achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Emotionally she really has helped me develop a love for a challenging workout, and a realization of how my workout consistency plays a role in my mental health. The years spent with her has resulted in me LIVING better and enjoying life!!!
