Bought over $4000 of appliances. I didn't realize they do not exchange an appliance if it is delivered to you broken from day 1. The manager told me that was what the warranty was for.... Now I'm stuck with a brand new broken dishwasher that needs to be repaired. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I just took a day off from work to have the appliances delivered and now I have to take another one to have my BRAND NEW broken out of the box appliance repaired. The manager told me I was being ridiculous to want the appliance exchanged when GE would come out and fix it...once Southeast Steel has your money you have no recourse. When I called GE the service department was very surprised that the store did not exchange appliances that were delivered not functioning properly....
