We made a reservation one week before our departure for a three-day trip. They didn't register it, and the guy at the front desk didn't find anything better to say than "I remember you guys came to make a reservation, but I didn't do it for you.And moreover it's a busy weekend,you know, we've no cars left".We went there early in the morning with our bags packed for our trip, and that was just the answer and the great service we received from them. Not going to have anything to do with them anymore, definitely.
