Complete lack of professionalism 2/13/2010

We made a reservation one week before our departure for a three-day trip. They didn't register it, and the guy at the front desk didn't find anything better to say than "I remember you guys came to make a reservation, but I didn't do it for you.And moreover it's a busy weekend,you know, we've no cars left".We went there early in the morning with our bags packed for our trip, and that was just the answer and the great service we received from them. Not going to have anything to do with them anymore, definitely. Pros: none Cons: no professionalism at all more

Horrible Service, Dirty Cars & allowed parking tickets after 6/6/2009

We had to wait over an hour to get the reserved car so they could "clean" it - and then we all kinds of food and trash in the car. And after we returned the car they either parked in someplace to keep it out of the way or rented it to another person but kept in our name because two months later we get all these notices of unpaid parking tickets when we no longer had the car!!!! And they are not being helpful at all. Rent at your own risk. Pros: Wish I could give it a NO star rating! Cons: BAD BAD BAD more
