Second time getting a gentleman's manicure and the attendant cut nails way too close to the skin and cut me really bad. Didn't stop bleeding till after I left. Almost all of my nails are half done, the nail near the cuticle looks just like it did when I walked in + she didn't do anything to my nail she cut (although she did give me a pad so I could do it at home). She was obviously shaken up by it, so I was really nice about it thinking she would take something off the bill, but no they charged me full price. I would suggest asking how much experience your attendant has when you make the appointment. Don't think I will be going back.
