I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Adrian Flooring. I hired the company to replace carpet with wood flooring. ?It used nails which punctured my radiant heating. ?This damage cost me $3,200 to repair . ?The company never asked me if I had radiant heat and refused to accept responsibility for its mistake because there was a sentence buried in a long contract saying it was my responsibility to tell them if I had radiant heat. ?I never saw that sentence and the company never had the common sense to warn me. ?Not only did the company refuse to help me with this matter, it was hostile and argumentative. ?It abandon me.
