After seeing the poor reviews and one so so word of mouth, I decided to give them a try anyway.\r All in all I'd say nice job but, for a company to NOT know what a jamb saw is or have one on their truck is pathetic! Wood butcher comes to mind!!\r When the recommended FIX is to ""caulk"" the door jambs, I'd say, maybe if you, "" Hired American Workers "" they'd KNOW that you don't cut jambs with a sawsall !\r Couldn't even get a rebate when I called them on it.\r I'd look for some real flooring companies. Take a pass on this one more

Adrian Flooring installed hardwood floors for the living room/dining room and hallway and sanded/refinished our family room - staining the entire 1st floor the same color. The workmanship is beautiful and the quality of wood is excellent. They also replaced all the baseboards and vents. The crew was very professional, polite and extremely hardworking. Our house looks like brand new -and it is 45 years old! Going into the showroom, I dealt with Adrian's son and found him to also be very helpful, polite and knowledgable. I highly recommend Adrian Flooring and will use them again in a heartbeat for our next project. We interviewed several companies - I found Adrian extremely knowledgable and his quote spelled out every detail. I felt confident in knowing exactly what they were going to do and love the job they did! more

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Adrian Flooring and would advise everyone to STAY AWAY. In particular, I had an awful experience with the owner's son, which is unfortunate because I've heard very good things about the owner, but there was nothing about my experience with this company that was good. First, the owner's son was arrogant and impatient and difficult to deal with. He did not walk me through the process up front, nor did he lay out and explain all of my options to me. The result of this was that he was making decisions for me, unbeknownst to me, that I was not happy with. This resulted in extra work, MORE MONEY, and a huge delay in completing the project. The owner's son showed up late to the meeting where I was choosing a color for the floor, so I was left to deal with the head crew member who barely spoke English, could NOT figure out how to make the stain darker, and who did not (and probably could not) explain the process to me. The owner's son showed up late, rushed me, did not explain anything and did his best to talk me out of the color I wanted because it would have resulted in extra work for him. MY satisfaction was clearly NOT a priority for the owners's son - getting in and out as quickly as possible was all he seemed to care about. He did NOT show up for the next meeting to fix the floors and then sent me a scathing email telling me he wasn't aware of the color I chose (probably because he didn't bother to show up to the meeting) and that the color would a) cost more, and b) take longer. This was a result of him not walking me through my options up front, providing me with a competent crew member, walking me through the process, or bothering to show up for meetings. The end result was NOT good - the edges of the floors look unfinished where the floor meets the wall, they got dark stain all over my brand new tile, and now I have to call - and PAY - another company to come in and fix the mess they made. I would not recommend this company to anyone - STAY AWAY. more

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Adrian Flooring. I hired the company to replace carpet with wood flooring. ?It used nails which punctured my radiant heating. ?This damage cost me $3,200 to repair . ?The company never asked me if I had radiant heat and refused to accept responsibility for its mistake because there was a sentence buried in a long contract saying it was my responsibility to tell them if I had radiant heat. ?I never saw that sentence and the company never had the common sense to warn me. ?Not only did the company refuse to help me with this matter, it was hostile and argumentative. ?It abandon me. more
