Regular trash guys are GREAT. Recycling now.... They changed Recycling pick up to a non normal pickup day. of 8 pickups, they made 1. I missed 1 pickup. It took an email to WSI's Residential Manager, Brian Nicholes, phone extension 4225, and CC to my County Commissioner to get them to pick up on my road. They have now made 2 pickups! But if you forget a week, they blackball you and take you off the pick up list for next week, starting the phone process all over again. Shame on this company.
