Recently made a purchase online for in-store pickup to save time, BIG MISTAKE! The two "Associates" were busy so I stood for almost 20 min before being helped. Had received an email confirming item had been picked. The store didn't even have it. Offered a more expensive item which I asked for at the lower price. Everyone who could authorize the price change was in a meeting. Associate tried to cancel the online order. After 15 min on hold I told her to forget it. In the mean time other customers had to wait because other "associates" didn't know how to do returns. The call to cancel the original purchase took over 40 min.
