Returning Items for more then $250.00 7/12/2007

Best Buy is a very bad electronic store with there prices and service. I returned a item and the receipt says 10 days you will receive a check in the mail if it is more then $250.00, they do not follow these rules I have waited over a month and I have still not received my money. I payed cash for my item and I still have not received a penny, I do not understand. Every time I ask what is going on everyone plays dumb. I hope people really look before shopping at Best Buy. It seems I will have to take them to court just to get my money, I wish I could take a item from the store and tell them I will pay them later maybe they will know how I feel. more

Best Buy 7/25/2005

Best Buy is a really bad Electronic Store. Their service is nice but their prices are really bad. Even worse is their return policy. It is almost impossible to get a refund on a game or CD if it has been opened, unlike other stores that will do that for you. Shop around at different stores first. more
