I had wanted a spa for so long .Decided to forgo a european vacation and spent money on spa. Buying from Aries spa (a texas owned co. ), was the worst decision I ever have made in my life. From the beginning I noticed they gave out very little information. The man in the showroom refused to show me the warranty on the product. He said we would get it upon delivery. This was ofcourse met with my opposition but my boyfriend said we would be better off dealing with this company than some faraway california co..So the spa came in :with broken wall, holes on wood, all stapled together, they had told us they used no staples. Leaking from the filter . A wall on the gazebo was left unanchored and I almost killed myself when I backed up against it. They came to repair AFTER much aggravation and many calls. After one month still I had holes, unfinished wall and screws sticking out in gazebo, what a nightmare. When we told them we wanted to return the spa they told us it would be $ 2,200.00 d
