I buy Aries Spas and do custom in ground installs for my customers. Totally stand-up company. I've done business with them for the last 8 years. Who is this Pope Plumbing? Why is he showing up on the reviews? more

Have bought 3 spas through this company. Great. When I read the reviews I called and asked who Pope Plumbing is. They've never heard of them and have tried to get the Insider Pages to change or review for several months with no success. Can't go wrong with this company. more

Because of the home warranty program I bought, we were forced to use Pope Plumbing. The job was never done correctly the first time....and that is not an exageration. The last time Pope Plumbing came out to repair a hot water heater, the same heater leaked and caused a couple thousand dollars of damage. After that, I called my own plumber to make repairs. more

This is the worst Plumbing service there is. I had a faucet repair that lasted over 4 hours. The plumber stayed in my house repaired my shower valve and then left me with out a kitchen faucet. He left because he said he forgot parts and said he would return in 10 mins. That turned into an hour so I left to go eat lunch when I got back he was there waiting and upset he took his tools and left. more

I scheduled an appointment for 7/24/12. During the phone call I asked how much it would be since he told me the parts were under warranty but the labor was not. He said "$35 to come out and fix the problem." After the technician temporarily fixed the problem they tried to charge me 72.50 more for labor. I had to call and get the manager involved who finally gave in and only charged me $35. The next day I checked the hot tub and the pump was not working again. I tried to get them to come back down and they tried to start collecting the $72.5 again and refused to send someone down. They guy on the phone had the nerve to say that it was working when the technician left so he had resolved the issue even though I had already told him that not 24 hours later the problem had returned. This is the second problem I have had with this horrible company. One of the headrests broke off within the 1 year parts/labor warranty that came with the hot tub. Superior Company! We have had our spa for over seven years and have not had one problem. We did have some maintenance questions in the beginning and when Aeries was called, we got prompt and informative information. Wonderful people to work with and highly respectable. I would recommend them without hesitation. more

I'm on my 3rd Aries Spa (we've moved twice). I'm really pleased. I've had this one over 8 years, still runs like a top. Out of all 3, I had only a couple of minor service issues and each was handled quickly. All were under warranty, and never any hassles about it. I'm thinking of selling mine on craigslist and getting a new one, only because the new models have even more jets and power than my old one (and they have one with awesome lights and stereo that looks really romantic!) more

When we purchased our spa from Aries, we were impressed by their professionalism, quality, and value. The installation team was helpful and very efficient, as well as friendly. Whenever we have had the smallest question, the staff has responded quickly. We would recommend Aries Spas to anyone who is shopping for a spa and/or a gazebo. They have a great indoor showroom and lots of ideas for creating a relaxing space. They also have all the accessories and service department. more

When I decided to buy a hot tub 8 years ago, I did my research. I went to all the local dealers, and also looked at several online businesses. \r Aries Spas stood out from the pack for SEVERAL reasons. First of all, I had had back surgery, and they were able to custom jet my spa for me. The jets were actually placed for what I needed. NO ONE else could do that for me, so it was a big plus. \r I talked to friends of mine with hot tubs, and many of them had an Aries Spa. They were all tickled to death with the service and product they recieved. On the few occassions I call for supplies, soforth, I always recieve great customer service. \r My husband is in the construction business and one of the things he noticed right away was the quality of the wood construction, and pumps for the spas. WAY better than the other spas we looked at.\r The best part of all, was the bang for the buck. I had wanted a spa for so long .Decided to forgo a european vacation and spent money on spa. Buying from Aries spa (a texas owned co. ), was the worst decision I ever have made in my life. From the beginning I noticed they gave out very little information. The man in the showroom refused to show me the warranty on the product. He said we would get it upon delivery. This was ofcourse met with my opposition but my boyfriend said we would be better off dealing with this company than some faraway california co..So the spa came in :with broken wall, holes on wood, all stapled together, they had told us they used no staples. Leaking from the filter . A wall on the gazebo was left unanchored and I almost killed myself when I backed up against it. They came to repair AFTER much aggravation and many calls. After one month still I had holes, unfinished wall and screws sticking out in gazebo, what a nightmare. When we told them we wanted to return the spa they told us it would be $ 2,200.00 d more

We got our hot tub from Aries Spa and are extremely pleased. While browsing the store, we felt no pressure to buy. Our family wanted to think over the purchase before making a final decision. We decided to purchase a spa/outdoor seating area combo. The set was reasonably priced. Staff was sent to our house to set everything up for us and educate us about how to care for our spa. Several years later, we are still enjoying the addition to our property and haven?t had any problems out of the spa. more
