The owner and staff at Flint Audio Video have always been gracious and extremely helpful in all of my many dealings with them. For someone like myself who is not very knowledgeable when it comes to audio/video items, everyone at Flint has been very patient in explaining the "how and why" of their products, whether in the store, on the phone, or during house calls.
