The staff was very rude and they do NOT care about your animals. They only want your money. The doctor seems very good, although I never saw him. He operated on my dogs leg. My dog broke his leg and needed surgery after surgery I was told to pick him up after the weekend. I picked him up on that Monday only to have him smelling like feces and urine. He also looked underweight. About a week later, he was bleeding through the wraps. I am an RN at methodist hospital. I knew it was because his wraps needed to be changed so I took it upon myself to change them. I called and left a message about what I did, they called bcak and said I NEEDED TO GO NOW! They wanted to sedate him and I was gonna have to pay extra. I came to pick him up only to find that they NEVER wrapped his leg and they still wanted me to pay. I REFUSED. so they didnt want to release my dog. my husband went there and they finally released him. HIS LEG IS SWOLLEN WITH WOUNDS FROM HIS FEET TO HIS HIP. and now infected. after paying 2000 for the surgery in the first place they still want more, i think they mess up on purpose for more money
